SMS / TCPA Consent

Program description

Insurance Wizard operates a transactional and conversational SMS program for customers and prospects who provide their mobile phone number through one of our forms (quote requests, appointment scheduling, document uploads, referrals, the AI assistant, or the customer portal). Messages may include quote follow-ups, ID card and certificate delivery, document and signature requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, renewal reviews, claims status updates, billing reminders, and occasional service or marketing messages.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and submitting a request, you expressly consent to receive recurring autodialed or pre-recorded calls and text messages from Insurance Wizard at that number, including for marketing purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opt-out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will send a one-time confirmation that you have unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt back in. To opt back in, submit a new request or text START to the same number.

Supported carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services (such as our messaging platform, scheduling, or customer service vendors) is permitted only to deliver the services you have requested. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for additional detail.

Updates

We may update this SMS disclosure from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
