Communication Consent

Channels

You consent to receive communications from Insurance Wizard through:

• Email — quotes, ID cards, certificates of insurance, policy documents, statements, renewal notices, service updates, scheduling, referral follow-ups, and occasional marketing.
• Phone — quote follow-up, service questions, claims, and scheduling confirmations.
• SMS / text — see our SMS / TCPA Consent page.
• In-portal messages — chat and task updates inside your customer portal account.
• AI chat assistant — automated responses, suggested next steps, and routed tasks to a licensed agent.

Electronic delivery (E-SIGN)

Where permitted by law and your insurance carrier, you consent to electronic delivery of insurance disclosures, ID cards, declarations pages, policy documents, endorsements, billing statements, and required state notices in place of paper copies. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us; some documents may then be delivered by mail.

To access and retain electronic documents you need a current web browser, a stable internet connection, an email address you can access, and the ability to view PDFs.

Marketing communications

We may occasionally send marketing or educational messages about coverage options, savings opportunities, or new services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or by replying STOP to a marketing text. Service messages required to administer your policy (claims, billing, renewals, ID delivery) will continue even after you opt out of marketing.

Recording

For quality, training, and compliance purposes, phone calls and AI chat sessions may be recorded or logged. By continuing the conversation, you consent to that recording or logging.

How to update preferences

You can update your communication preferences at any time by emailing shawn@insurancewizard.ai, replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us at (480) 820-2797.
